Recto Pizza

Terms of Service

Last updated: February 5, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Recto Pizza website and ordering service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use our Service to browse our menu, place orders for food and beverages, and check order status. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
  • Not misuse the Service (e.g. false orders, abuse of staff or systems).

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order:

  • You are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices and charges shown (including delivery and any applicable discounts).
  • We accept the order when we confirm it (e.g. by order number or communication). Payment is due as indicated at checkout (e.g. cash on delivery, or as otherwise stated).
  • Prices, delivery areas, and delivery charges are subject to change. The price at checkout applies to your order.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the areas and hours stated on our website. You must provide a correct, deliverable address and be available to receive the order (or arrange for someone to receive it). We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by incorrect address, your unavailability, or circumstances outside our control (e.g. weather, traffic).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel an order by contacting us before we have started preparation. Once preparation has started, we may not be able to cancel. Refunds (if applicable) will be handled in line with our policy and the payment method used. For issues with an order (e.g. wrong or missing items), please contact us promptly so we can try to resolve it.

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep menu items, descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. We do not guarantee that all information is error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted. We may correct errors and update content without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Recto Pizza and its branches, staff, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from orders (e.g. dissatisfaction with food, delivery delays, or third-party actions). Our total liability for any claim related to the Service or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Recto Pizza or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
